PAYMENT

We use Stripe secure system to accept payments. We accept PayPal, Apple pay, MasterCard, VISA & American Express. All our prices include VAT if the customer is shopping from Europe. Outside of Europe, customs fees and VAT might be charged by the transporter.

SHIPPING

We offer worldwide free shipment through Deutsche Post from our warehouse located in Germany. Your order will be packed carefully, in order to reduce the risk of possible damage. We kindly ask you to verify the content upon delivery. Should the package or the content be damaged upon arrival please send us a picture of the package at hello@papel.ch. 

RETURNS

Papel will gladly accept returns of new and unused items within 14 days from the date of reception. If you wish to return your order, please contact us by email at hello@papel.ch with your order number and the reason for returning. You can then return items to the following address:

Please note that return shipment is is at your own risk & expense. Once we have received the returned items and checked that they are new and unused, we will credit the amount to the same card used for the purchase.
